The App

The App includes the media viewer application “StillMotion” and related software.

Usage

• The App may be used for personal and commercial purposes.
• You must comply with all applicable laws when using the App.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App is prohibited.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App belong to us. Rights to content you create or manage through the App remain yours.

In-App Purchase

The full version of StillMotion is available as a one-time in-app purchase through the App Store. Purchase terms are governed by Apple’s terms of service.

• We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the App.
• We are not liable for damages arising from the use of the App, to the extent permitted by law.

Local Server

StillMotion Local Server is provided free of charge. It is designed for use within your local network and is not recommended for exposure to the internet.

Changes to the App

We may modify or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as needed. Updated Terms take effect when posted on this page.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
